01. The Trust Architecture
Torzon utilizes a multi-faceted reputation algorithm to assign "Trust Levels" to vendors. Unlike eBay or Amazon, where reviews can be bought or faked with bots, Torzon's system integrates Proof of Volume (PoV) and Dispute Resolution Ratios.
A vendor cannot simply "buy" a high level. They must grind through the lower levels, proving their logistical capability and stealth shipping standards over months of operation. The hierarchy is strict, and demotion is instant upon confirmed reports of selective scamming.
Vendor Tier Matrix
| Tier / Level | Min. Sales | Bond (XMR) | Privileges | Risk Profile |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Level 1 (New) | 0 - 50 | 2.5 XMR | Standard Escrow Only | High (Unproven) |
| Level 5 (Established) | 500+ | 5.0 XMR | Reduced Fees (4%) | Low (Reliable) |
| Level 10 (Elite) | 2,500+ | 10.0 XMR | Finalize Early (FE) Enabled | Very Low |
| VIP / Partner | 10,000+ | 25.0 XMR | Priority Listing, FE 100% | Institutional |

03. The Anatomy of Stealth
Understanding how vendors ship is crucial for your own OpSec. A "Trusted Vendor" is defined not just by product quality, but by their ability to defeat postal interdiction.
Layer 1: MBB
Moisture Barrier Bags (Mylar). These are heat-sealed to prevent odor leakage. Professional vendors use double or triple MBB layers wiped with alcohol to remove residue.
Layer 2: Visual Decoy
The item is never loose. It is hidden inside a legitimate object (a game case, a toy, a stack of papers, or electronic components) to look normal on X-Ray.
Layer 3: The Drop
The address label is printed, not handwritten. The return address is a real business address (spoofed) to avoid flagging by postal sorting algorithms.
04. Scammer Blacklist / Hall of Shame
The following entities have been permanently banned from Torzon for violating the Vendor Code of Conduct. This includes Exit Scams, Selective Scamming, or Doxing threats. Do not trade with these handles on other markets.

05. Verification Protocol
How do you know you are talking to the real vendor and not an impostor on a phishing site? The only way is PGP Signature Verification.
The Golden Rule:
1. Import the vendor's PUBLIC KEY into your Keychain (Kleopatra/GPG4Win).
2. Ask the vendor to SIGN a message with today's date.
3. Verify the signature. If it says "Good Signature", it is them. If it says "Bad Signature" or "No Key Found", you are being phished.
